Position Manager – Sales & Business Development Department Business Development

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospecting, Lead Generation, Qualifying and Pre- sales.
  • Acquiring new business and managing existing clients
  • Interacting with C level executives, understand their business requirements, prepare a value proposition, based upon client’s specific require
  • Combination of Business analyst profile -Involving research, Market study, Planning and sales profile – Achieving Stiff Targets, Managing and working with a team, Forecasting, Execution.
  • Understand Client need and respond to RFP’s, mentor clients through cases, documents, presentations, and business proposals.
  • Driving ongoing sales process and sales tool improvements to help boost sales productivity (through CRM and prospecting tools).
  • Designing and executing efficient sales programs, business reviews, pipeline reviews and account planning.
  • Driving marketing initiatives for the company for brand awareness and revenue growth.
  • Should have excellent written and verbal communication skills, a fair understanding of financial markets domain, and experience in meeting tight deadlines.
  • Deliver and achieve 100% client satisfaction.
Educational, Experience, and Skills Requirements:
  • Minimum a Masters degree with specialization in Marketing (Major). Dual specialization f Marketing and Finance preferred
  • A minimum of 5 years of prior experience in Sales and client management role in the BFSI / KPO industry
  • Need sound experience in prospecting, lead – gen, and pre-sales
  • Strong written (US and UK English) and verbal communication skills
  • Analytical, detail oriented, and self-motivated
  • Working knowledge of MS Office, publishing tools is a must
