Girish Bhise
Founder & CEO
Girish has over 24 years of research experience across investment banking, equity research, fixed income and credit research, and business strategy research for large global clients including asset management firms, investment banks, brokerage firms, corporations, private equity & venture capital firms. Has worked with clients including Deutsche Bank, Credit Suisse, JP Morgan, HSBC, Oaktree Capital Management, SocGen, and Keybanc. Has extensive experience in successfully managing large-scale research offshoring transitions across regions. He is a Post-Graduate in Data Science and Business Analytics, from the University of Austin Texas, MBA (Finance) from the University of Pune, and Bachelor in Commerce from the University of Mumbai.

Has won many accolades in his career as Global Head of Research at Sberbank/ Troika Dialog, MF Global, Millennium Capital (NY & London), Citadel LLP, Citigroup, ABN AMRO Hoare Govett, and Unilever. He is an MBA from Cranfield University, and MA & M Eng. from Cambridge University
Sachin Kulkarni

Sachin has over 20 years of industry experience with Google Inc., Versata and Persistent Systems. Expertise in project management, software programming, and technologies including distributed systems, parallel computing, data mining, and audience-based Ad targeting. Presently, he is a Software Engineer with Google Inc., since 2008, and is based in California, USA. Also, earlier worked with Versata and Persistent Systems in India. Has been a rank holder throughout. Was a 3rd Rank holder in Master in Technology in Computer Science, at IIT Kharagpur, India (2007); and a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science from Pune, India (2003).
Ashish Tendulkar
Head of Equity and Investment Banking
Ashish has over 18 years of experience across various research assignments and clients including sell-side, buy-side, hedge funds and family offices. He has interacted extensively with senior management teams of companies under coverage as well as with clients. He has managed teams of analysts working across research tasks including building financial models and authoring in-depth research reports to generate insightful investment ideas. He was previously working in a similar role in a large KPO firm. He has completed his graduation in commerce, management studies in finance and is a CFA charter holder from the CFA Institute, USA. He has excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Pooja Patil

Pooja brings on board 15 + years of corporate, consulting and strategic HR experience across talent management, business partnering, employee engagement and organization restructuring. She has worked with leading firms in diverse industry sectors like consulting – Mercer consulting (Marsh & Mclennan group), BFSI – Sutherland Global, IT – Datamatics and ecommerce & gems and jewellery – Candere by Kalyan Jewellers.
Pooja has earned her Masters in HR (MMS) from Jamnalal Bajaj Institute of Management Studies (JBIMS), Mumbai and Bachelor in Pharmacy from Bombay College of Pharmacy, Mumbai. She has also achieved the Google Analytics and Data studio certification from Google Academy and is a member of Mensa India- the society of high IQ people.
