JOB DESCRIPTION for Inside Sales Associate:

Position Inside Sales Associates/ RMs (B2B) Department Presales/Sales
Location Mumbai Reporting Head of Sales

The Inside Sales Associate /RM will be responsible to articulate the company’s positioning, services and product portfolio, B2B prospective clients based in the US & other markets.

Lead generation:

  • The Inside Sales Associate must meet or surpass the business targets driven by high need for achievement, ownership, and sheer enthusiasm to succeed
  • Making cold calls to the prospective B2B clients for effective lead generation & Sales pipeline, for the US region
  • Building a strong & updated leads database from various sources including Bloomberg, LinkedIn, websites and other public sources
  • Aggressively calling and chasing the Key Decision Makers to pitch the services/products and setting up appointments for conference calls or meeting for senior executives
  • Attending sales calls and updating the CRM
  • Should have hands-on experience in developing prospect lists; managing email/telecalling campaigns; and proactively spotting business opportunities
  • Prepare and share periodical MIS reports


Educational, experience, and skills requirements:

  • Post-graduate/graduate with specialization in Marketing
  • Average 2 years of prior experience in B2B presales, cold calling, sales, in international markets; and preferably have selling financial services and products
  • Should be intelligent, sharp, self-motivated and self-driven
  • Work well under pressure with tight targets, deadlines and competing priorities
  • Effective communication (Verbal and Written)
  • Ability to learn quickly in fast pace environment
  • Should be willing to work in a rotating shift including US shift
  • Hands-on experience on CRM or 3rd party databases is preferred
